Partner with senior management to deliver FP&A support: budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, business case development, performance analysis, cost optimization, CAPEX and working capital control, and governance. Provide actionable financial insights, support monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses, collaborate with Accounting and COE FP&A, and contribute to Care Delivery finance projects and local financial activities.

Ensure implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Global Management System and applicable local management systems; act as interface between global, cluster, and local management; oversee QMS and EHS for the country; monitor quality and corporate documentation; ensure pharmacovigilance QA and GDP compliance; maintain audit and inspection readiness.

The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures compliance with GMP and ISO13485 standards in quality management. Responsibilities include document control, supplier quality management, audit support, and collaborating across manufacturing sites to enhance product quality.
