Analyzes external and internal data, evaluates opportunities and policy impacts, develops recommendations, prepares presentations, and collaborates with senior management, stakeholders, and external advisors. Requires a bachelor’s degree, relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, database knowledge, strong communication, and business development exposure.

Lead the HR workstream for global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Care Enablement transformation programs. Partner with business and HR leaders to develop people strategies, manage change, and drive organizational enablement. Oversee project governance, planning, KPIs, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables across countries and cultures. Support business cases, assess workforce impacts, establish best practices, and embed sustainable organizational improvements.

Supports quality systems, regulatory compliance, risk management, design controls, process and test method validation, audits, and continuous improvement for regulated medical device manufacturing. Performs risk assessments, root cause analysis, process capability studies, and statistical analyses. Develops quality documentation and collaborates cross-functionally on validation, training, audit, and process activities. Requires engineering education, quality or regulated manufacturing experience, bilingual English/Spanish skills, software proficiency, a U.S. visa, and domestic and international travel availability.
