Supports Workday administration, audits, inspections, process improvements, digitalization, reporting, ticket management, and complex case resolution.

Sells dialysis and renal-care medical products across government, private, and NGO sectors in Sarawak. Builds healthcare customer relationships, supports funding applications, provides product training and clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals, and maintains clinical expertise in dialysis or critical care. The role also manages territory activities, customer events, reporting, sales forecasting, and collaboration with clinical, marketing, and supply chain teams.
