Configures, tests, documents, and supports SAP IBP supply chain planning solutions across integrated SAP landscapes. Analyzes business requirements, designs Demand Planning, S&OP, and Supply & Response solutions, supports international template rollouts, leads sub-project activities, and collaborates with global stakeholders. Provides testing guidance, post-go-live support, process optimization, mentoring, and issue escalation while integrating SAP IBP with SAP ERP and S/4HANA systems.

Responsible for implementing and improving SAP logistics execution processes across Fresenius Medical Care’s global IT landscape. The role manages logistics demand, project and coordination activities, business continuity, system configuration analysis, process improvements, and design and development coordination. It interfaces between operational business units and IT service providers, requiring strong SAP WM, LE, EWM, MM, SRM, and related module expertise, process modeling, project management, and presentation skills.

Manages the Gauteng Central sales territory by achieving sales targets, executing customer routing and engagement plans, developing key opinion leaders, supporting marketing initiatives, and maximizing tenders. Provides advanced product demonstrations, customer onboarding, issue resolution, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and account management. Builds customer and internal relationships, supports Account Managers, identifies customer needs, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
