Provide technical sales and application engineering for Mass Ply mass-timber products: produce cost estimates, value-engineer designs, develop CAD/CNC-ready shop drawings (e.g., cadwork), and manage projects from sales through fabrication and delivery while supporting clients and internal teams.

Perform fast-paced grading of green (wet) veneer by pulling, sorting, and stacking sheets by quality into carts. Requires physical endurance, quick decision-making, following instructions, and teamwork. On-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.

Install, repair, and maintain production machinery (motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors). Troubleshoot downtime, dismantle/replace parts, perform alignments, welding, lubrication, vibration analysis, and emergency part fabrication. Conduct preventive maintenance, use precision measuring tools, and work in heavy, noisy, confined, or elevated environments on rotating shifts and maintenance shutdowns.
