Pull, sort and precisely stack green (wet) veneer by quality for plywood and engineered wood production. Work is fast-paced and physical, requiring quick decisions, repetition tolerance, and following direction under shift supervision. On-the-job training provided.

Manage enterprise network infrastructure and Microsoft systems, including servers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and endpoint technologies. Provide hardware and software support, configure networks, patch systems, enforce security policies, monitor vulnerabilities, and support backups and disaster recovery. Coordinate with vendors, assist with cybersecurity initiatives and critical software, provide reporting, and assume management responsibilities as a successor to the IT Manager. This is a full-time, onsite role.

Install, repair, and maintain production machinery (motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors). Troubleshoot downtime, dismantle/replace parts, perform alignments, welding, lubrication, vibration analysis, and emergency part fabrication. Conduct preventive maintenance, use precision measuring tools, and work in heavy, noisy, confined, or elevated environments on rotating shifts and maintenance shutdowns.

Provide technical sales and application engineering for Mass Ply mass-timber products: produce cost estimates, value-engineer designs, develop CAD/CNC-ready shop drawings (e.g., cadwork), and manage projects from sales through fabrication and delivery while supporting clients and internal teams.
