Process customer and sales orders, coordinate fulfillment, shipments, returns, and delivery schedules. Prepare local and international shipping documentation, liaise with forwarders and logistics partners, monitor third-party inventory, resolve customer issues, and maintain delivery and transaction records. The role also supports import GST clearance documentation, reporting, and compliance with documentation and service standards.

Operate CNC and conventional milling, turning, and drilling machines; load materials, set parameters, change tools, inspect parts, interpret drawings, monitor equipment, maintain production records, and perform cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Follow safety and quality procedures, support 5S and lean manufacturing, and coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.

Leads New Product Introduction activities for precision-machined mechanical components from development through production release. Coordinates Engineering, Production, Quality, customers, and suppliers; reviews drawings, GD&T, materials, tolerances, and specifications; develops manufacturing routes, process flows, tooling concepts, inspection requirements, and execution plans. Maintains technical documentation, supports manufacturability improvements, mitigates risks, and contributes to continuous improvement and manufacturing problem-solving.
