Own the post-onboarding lifecycle for European enterprise accounts, driving platform adoption, monitoring account health, identifying churn and expansion opportunities, and supporting retention. Lead customer training and enablement, manage complex escalations, coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and PMO, and communicate resolutions. Translate customer feedback into structured product insights while maintaining documentation and scalable customer success processes.

Develop new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and consultative SaaS sales. Conduct client presentations, understand freight and logistics needs, demonstrate the platform, train and onboard users, manage accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and represent the company at industry events.

Provide onsite and remote IT support across global locations: troubleshoot hardware, OS, networking, cloud productivity and business apps; manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, endpoint management, patching, asset lifecycle, ticketing, meeting-room tech, backups, and security best practices while maintaining documentation and contributing to global IT projects.
