Lead a small engineering pod using AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to translate product requirements into technical specifications, generate and validate production code, and rapidly improve existing products. The role owns end-to-end delivery, develops repeatable AI engineering workflows, mentors engineers, manages technical debt, and establishes practices for agentic development, automated QA, and maintainable systems.

Generates and qualifies nonprofit partnership leads through outbound prospecting or inbound lead response. Responsibilities include making prospecting calls, responding quickly to inquiries, educating prospects, handling objections, maintaining CRM records, scheduling discovery meetings, collaborating with account executives, and meeting lead-generation targets. The role is remote within Canada and requires work during Eastern or Pacific business hours.

Generate and qualify nonprofit sales leads through prospect list building, cold calling, email campaigns, inbound lead qualification, and discovery meeting scheduling. Maintain accurate CRM records, communicate FreeWill’s solutions, overcome objections, collaborate with account executives, and meet lead-generation targets. The role is fully remote within eligible US states or Canada and requires work during approximately 9–5 Eastern Time business hours.
