As a Transfers Operations Associate, you will manage asset transfers related to ISA/GIA and SIPP products, process applications, provide technical support, and enhance procedures.

Own investment transfer cases from application through completion, processing ISA, JISA, GIA and SIPP transfers accurately within SLAs. Coordinate with customers, counterparties and internal teams; manage valuations, asset acceptance and CREST processes; provide technical support; maintain compliant records; identify process improvements; and use AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Own investment transfer cases from application through completion, processing ISA, JISA, GIA, SIPP, cash, stock, fund, and European transfers accurately within SLAs. Coordinate with customers, counterparties, and internal teams; support Customer Service; maintain compliant records; identify process improvements; and use AI tools to improve operational efficiency and quality.
