Senior corporate lawyer responsible for advising on M&A, private equity, fundraisings, disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations, governance, and other corporate matters. The role requires significant autonomy, strong technical expertise, supervision and training of junior lawyers, client relationship development, business development, project management, and sound financial and compliance practices.

Leads the firm’s Learning and Development function, owning strategy, budget, governance, prioritization, supplier relationships, measurement, and team development. Builds internal learning capability, sponsors a distributed Learning Leaders network, reports impact against KPIs, and delivers senior leadership development, facilitation, advisory work, and client training. Partners with executives, practice groups, and business services to align learning investments with the firm’s long-term strategy.

Advises clients on commercial technology, data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance, digital marketing, outsourcing, software licensing, SaaS, cloud, procurement, and technology transactions. The role involves UK GDPR compliance, data sharing and transfers, breach response, PECR compliance, and strategic corporate and technology matters. Candidates should have approximately 2–4 years’ PQE in a strong commercial, technology, data protection, or privacy practice, though relevant candidates outside this range may be considered.
