Corporate Managing Associate responsible for advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, private equity, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, restructurings, and corporate governance. The role involves managing a caseload with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality client service, overseeing financial management and billing, developing client relationships, maintaining technical expertise, and supporting business development. Candidates must have at least six years’ post-qualified experience and strong commercial, interpersonal, and case-management skills.

Advise employers ranging from PLCs to SMEs on employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructures, and strategic management advice. Represent clients at Employment Tribunal and ideally Employment Appeal Tribunal hearings. Support business development, collaborate with the employment team, and deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced private practice environment.
