Designs linear utilities, pump stations, and water and wastewater treatment facilities using BIM/CAD tools. Prepares detailed engineering drawings, coordinates multidisciplinary deliverables, performs quality control, maintains CAD standards, and supports technology implementation. Leads CAD workload planning, supervises team members, provides coaching and feedback, and updates design standards. Requires advanced Autodesk Civil 3D expertise and at least eight years of engineering design experience.

Supports the Stormwater team by creating and updating maps, dashboards, figures, and spatial datasets. Assists with GIS service and web application configuration, spatial analysis, geoprocessing, data quality checks, database and metadata maintenance, and project documentation under supervision. Collaborates with project teams on infrastructure planning and engineering deliverables. This is an in-office summer internship in Houston, Texas, with no relocation or housing stipend.

Lead technical delivery for coastal and navigation planning, design, and construction-phase projects. Responsibilities include engineering analyses, calculations, reports, plans, quality reviews, project coordination, schedule and budget support, client and regulatory stakeholder engagement, and mentoring technical staff. The role also supports project management, coastal resilience and navigation studies, and technical delivery improvements.
