Provide administrative and clerical support: answer calls and greet visitors; manage mail, scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics; edit PowerPoint; proofread and perform minor format edits of technical reports; take meeting minutes; input timesheets and expenses; assist on proposals and special projects.
