The Automation Specialist will develop technical memorandums and specifications for SCADA and I&C projects, conduct simulations, troubleshoot issues, and train clients.

Lead coastal and navigation projects through planning, design, and construction. Provide senior technical oversight, manage project delivery and budgets, mentor staff, develop client relationships, and expand services across federal, state, port, NGO, and private clients. Oversee coastal restoration, beach nourishment, shoreline protection, dredging, coastal structures, hazard analyses, and hydrodynamic/coastal process modeling.

Manage all phases of projects at the San Antonio Airport, oversee contracts, coordinate bids, and supervise subconsultants while ensuring compliance with regulations.
