Leads hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, drainage studies, floodplain analyses, stormwater infrastructure design, and regional flood planning. Prepares FEMA studies, CLOMRs, LOMRs, technical reports, and engineering deliverables. Provides technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers, supports project schedules and financial tracking, and maintains client relationships. Requires a civil engineering degree, Texas PE registration or eligibility, and at least six years of related experience.

Supports instrumentation and controls design for water and wastewater projects. Develops I&C deliverables such as instrument lists, I/O lists, loop drawings, P&ID markups, control narratives, schedules, and specifications. Reviews vendor and project information, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, and assists with site visits, testing, commissioning, startup, and documentation. Uses CAD/BIM, spreadsheets, PDF markup, and document-management tools while developing knowledge of PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, process controls, and OT cybersecurity.

Lead complex dam, levee, and hydraulic infrastructure projects from planning through construction. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and multidisciplinary teams while serving as a technical expert in design, rehabilitation, and risk assessment. Mentor engineers and technicians, guide technical strategy and quality assurance, develop client relationships, support business growth, and represent the firm in industry organizations and conferences across the Southeast.
