Build automations, integrations, personalization, segmentation, and ETL processes using Braze, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ensure data quality, compliance, and system performance; analyze CRM data; troubleshoot issues; manage vendors; document systems; and collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and international stakeholders.

Analyze CRM data, develop SQL and Python segmentation and ETL scripts, troubleshoot issues, manage technical vendors, and document systems. Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to translate business opportunities into technical CRM solutions.
