Lead two software engineering teams building and scaling a new product vertical. Responsibilities include delivery management, people development, technical decision-making, strategic execution, stakeholder collaboration, team building, incident response, monitoring, reliability, and technical debt management. The role partners closely with Product Managers, Designers, Staff Engineers, and Principals to deliver scalable customer and driver support systems across Freenow markets.

Lead Freenow and Lyft’s external communications strategy across Europe, including corporate reputation, media relations, executive visibility, crisis communications, public policy messaging, and Spanish-market communications. Manage a team of five communicators, agencies, regional budgets, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring consistent global messaging with local relevance. Analyze communications performance and adapt strategies for traditional, social, owned, earned, and AI-driven discovery channels.

Manage hospitality sales for Freenow’s Client Travel product in Warsaw. Responsibilities include prospecting, acquiring new customers, conducting face-to-face client meetings, onboarding businesses, managing existing accounts, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, monitoring booking behavior, and collaborating on product improvements and marketing strategies. The role requires meeting sales targets, making data-driven decisions, and communicating fluently in English and Polish.
