Leads Freemans’ strategic, operational, commercial, and client relationship activities at Silverstone Circuit. Oversees food and beverage, concessions, events, teams, budgets, compliance, service quality, and profitability. Builds the Silverstone partnership, drives growth and innovation, manages senior stakeholders, and develops a high-performing on-site leadership team while ensuring excellent delivery during major events.

Supports food and beverage operations across London Stadium sporting events, concerts, and major events. Responsibilities include event planning, staffing, stock control, sales and financial reporting, supplier coordination, compliance, guest experience, and operational improvement. The role also supports recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and supervision of event-day staff while maintaining food safety, licensing, health and safety, service, and brand standards.

Leads the strategy, commercial growth, brand development, supplier network, and operational delivery of a multi-site event food and fan zone proposition across the UK and Europe. Oversees budgets, P&L, planning, mobilisation, live event operations, compliance, customer experience, contractors, traders, and multiple concurrent activations.
