Maintain and improve platform observability, performance, and operational readiness. Apply AI, machine learning, AIOps, and automation to anomaly detection, alert correlation, incident response, and remediation. Conduct root cause analysis, manage escalations, maintain monitoring tools, develop operational documentation, and build AI-assisted tooling using scripting and Azure services. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams while serving as an observability and AI-driven operations subject matter expert.

Owns the full lifecycle of strategic enterprise accounts, serving as a technical advisor, delivery lead, and primary client contact. Leads complex software implementations, coordinates Product, Engineering, QA, Integrations, Support, vendors, and client stakeholders, and manages scope, budgets, milestones, documentation, invoicing, issue resolution, and roadmap feedback. Develops repeatable TAM processes and supports client satisfaction and retention.

Maintains and monitors production platform services, supports 24/7 availability through on-call coverage, investigates incidents, identifies root causes, creates alerts, troubleshoots scheduled jobs, and collaborates with infrastructure and development teams to improve reliability. The role also documents procedures, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and applies AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
