Own the technical workstream for complex enterprise payment opportunities from discovery through contract signature. Partner with Sales on deal strategy, executive presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and technical positioning. Architect secure integrations across POS, eCommerce, mobile, APIs, payment orchestration, and data systems, particularly for European markets. Support strategic account expansion, create reusable architecture assets, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and mentor Sales Engineers. Travel across Europe for client meetings, workshops, and go-lives.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to leaders and employees across employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, recruiting, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Coordinates learning and development programs, administers Cornerstone LMS, analyzes HR and learning data, supports talent and compensation initiatives, and uses AI and automation to improve HR service delivery. The hybrid role is based in Philadelphia.
