Lead coordination and response to external regulatory, payer, Medicaid, CMS, OIG, state, and accrediting audits. Manage documentation, prepare SOD and audit responses, develop and track corrective action plans, conduct root cause analyses, maintain audit repository, partner cross-functionally, and present audit status and remediation progress to leadership to ensure audit readiness.

Provide customer service and ensure provider adherence to state regulations across pre/on/post care. Manage tax accounts and notifications, perform data entry and case reviews, conduct internal audits, collect documentation for quality management, de-escalate issues, and support process improvements and compliance initiatives.

Coordinate and schedule home health aides (HHAs), pair caregivers with patients, ensure caregiver compliance with care plans and regulations, maintain scheduling and administrative records, collaborate with recruiters and nursing, and support process improvements to deliver compassionate in-home care. In-office role with daily presence at Albany office.
