Processes caregiver payroll accurately and on schedule, including new hires, pay-rate changes, status updates, check corrections, direct deposits, taxes, bonuses, and 401(k) adjustments. Serves as the primary contact for payroll inquiries, researches discrepancies, processes payroll-related billing, and maintains weekly verification reports. Collaborates with Finance and Accounts Payable while supporting compliance and special projects.

Deliver and facilitate new-hire, professional, and leadership training programs through virtual and in-person methods. Develop multimedia learning materials, assess training effectiveness, coach employees, address performance gaps, and collaborate with leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals. The role also supports continuous improvement through adult-learning principles, data-driven insights, and emerging training technologies, while occasionally serving as an interim manager for new hires.

Support senior leaders by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, communications, presentations, action items, and confidential information. Coordinate cross-functional priorities, prepare executives for meetings, track follow-ups, improve workflows, and support special projects in a fast-paced healthcare organization.
