Analyze project, product, and job costs to evaluate profitability, identify variances, and support forecasting. Design and maintain cost-tracking tools in Microsoft Business Central, produce KPI dashboards and financial reports, assist month-end close and audits, and partner with Sales, Operations, Estimating, and Project Management to improve cost controls and decision-making.

18–24 month trainee program rotating through shipping/receiving, assistant project management, and project manager duties. Manage project orders, coordinate with production/procurement/shipping, communicate with contractors/vendors, perform estimating and sales support, prospect for new business, and provide in-store customer service and inventory management.

Oversee daily steel fabrication operations including production scheduling, labor management, welding quality, equipment and inventory. Lead and develop shop supervisors and staff, ensure compliance with welding and safety standards, coordinate cross-departmentally, implement process improvements, support budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.
