Develops new business and manages existing customer relationships across an assigned territory. Conducts in-person client visits, provides quotes, resolves service issues, supports order fulfillment, analyzes competition, develops sales strategies, maintains activity records, and submits forecasts. The role requires collaboration with customers, vendors, branch teams, and management to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Manage daily production scheduling and supervise paint, blasting, and coating personnel. Ensure coating application, surface preparation, curing, inspection, and traceability meet customer, manufacturer, and NSF certification requirements. Coordinate cross-functional priorities, maintain records, support audits, optimize workflow, and enforce safety and equipment maintenance.

Analyze project, product, and job costs to evaluate profitability, identify variances, and support forecasting. Design and maintain cost-tracking tools in Microsoft Business Central, produce KPI dashboards and financial reports, assist month-end close and audits, and partner with Sales, Operations, Estimating, and Project Management to improve cost controls and decision-making.
