Coordinate the Houston-region solar installation closeout process, including inspections, utility and jurisdiction coordination, reconnection, subcontractor scheduling, job packet accuracy, payroll audits, installation reporting, customer account updates, and regional communications. Support employee relations and serve as backup to the Regional Operations Manager. The role requires strong organization, communication, computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an on-site environment.

Own the company’s legal affairs, advising executive and business teams, negotiating commercial, construction, procurement, sales, marketing, and service agreements, and managing disputes and litigation. The role oversees vendor onboarding, outside counsel, legal policies, corporate secretarial work, departmental budgeting, and legal technology adoption. It requires autonomous, strategic counsel with strong business judgment and experience in litigation and commercial transactions, preferably within renewable energy, construction, or consumer law.

Provide broad in-house legal support across contracts, disputes, compliance, lien and vendor matters, and corporate secretarial work. Draft and review agreements, manage customer disputes and lien compliance, coordinate with outside counsel, conduct legal research, and support cross-functional strategic projects while receiving mentorship toward Senior Counsel.
