Manage customer accounts to prepare solar and whole-house energy projects for installation: submit AHJ/HOA and utility interconnection requests, track approvals and payments, coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounting and regional teams, and provide project status updates.

Lead and manage company legal affairs across business units, advise executives and commercial teams, draft and negotiate a variety of contracts, oversee vendor onboarding, manage disputes and litigation, handle corporate secretarial duties and policies, partner with outside counsel, and support strategic projects while reducing risk and driving revenue.
