Manages the foreclosure department, including daily operations, workload allocation, employee hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews, quality oversight, and issue resolution. Supports complex foreclosure cases, reviews departmental correspondence, monitors foreclosure attorneys and clerical staff, standardizes procedures, and responds to internal and external quality reviews. The role directly supervises employees and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Reviews defaulted loans and acquired properties to recommend disposition strategies, charge-offs, and loss-mitigation actions. Analyzes property risks, claims data, financial outcomes, and high-risk circumstances; develops chronologies and written recommendations; presents decisions to leadership and investors; updates systems of record; and coordinates execution with internal default departments.

Coordinates culture, employee engagement, recognition, office administration, events, and operational projects across multiple call center locations. Manages vendors, inventory, workplace logistics, budgets, purchasing reconciliation, communications, and event execution. Partners with Sales Leadership, Human Resources, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent employee experiences, resolve operational issues, and support workplace initiatives. The role requires on-site presence, occasional nontraditional hours, and occasional overnight travel.
