Provide one-to-one in-home personal care for clients, assist with mobility and daily living, travel to client homes, follow safety and screening requirements, and complete training provided by employer.

Provide one-to-one in-home care as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (active or expired). Responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living, mobility support (lifting up to 50 lbs), following care plans, traveling between clients (driving), completing background and drug screenings, and attending paid training.

Provide one-to-one in-home care as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). Assist clients with daily living activities, follow care plans, lift or move clients up to 50 lbs, complete required background and drug checks, attend paid training, and work flexible full- or part-time shifts including weekends. Reliable transportation, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance required.
