The Senior Functional Analyst translates complex government resource planning needs into actionable functional requirements, supports system integration, and leads cross-team collaboration to ensure effective public financial management solutions.

Prepare technical RFP/RFI responses, draft implementation guides and technical marketing content, enable partners/resellers, and feed platform architecture and non-functional requirements back to R&D. Support BOMs, high-level diagrams, versioning, licensing, and preliminary infrastructure analysis to align solutions with customer environments.

Support pre-sales, proposal responses, and partner enablement by producing technical RFP/RFI content, architecture diagrams, BOMs, and implementation guides. Maintain technical product marketing collateral, track platform technology stacks and versioning, and provide R&D with structured field feedback. Define and validate non-functional requirements to inform product design and deployment.
