Owns FreeBalance’s product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, proof assets, and go-to-market execution for government financial management software. The role translates complex public financial management and policy content into buyer-focused narratives, competitive tools, launch materials, and thought leadership for government ministries and development finance institutions. It collaborates across product, sales, pre-sales, strategy, and executive teams to improve competitive tenders and market credibility.

Provides Level 2 support, warranty service, maintenance, incident evaluation, system monitoring, reporting, documentation, and software change tracking for the ITMIS application. Works with government customers and stakeholders, communicates technical concepts clearly, and contributes feedback to Sales, Product Management, and Development. Develops or modifies custom forms and reports while supporting public financial management applications.

The Senior Functional Analyst translates complex government resource planning needs into actionable functional requirements, supports system integration, and leads cross-team collaboration to ensure effective public financial management solutions.
