Design, execute, and maintain structured manual test cases and regression suites for a multi-module government GRP platform. Reproduce and triage defects in Mantis/Jira, perform end-to-end and exploratory testing, verify fixes, provide release sign-off, build QA documentation and standards, mentor junior QA, and collaborate with developers and functional analysts to ensure release quality.
