Teams at Free Wheelchair Mission

Lead direct response digital donor acquisition and PR efforts by planning and executing digital ad campaigns, A/B and multivariate testing, email automation, and new channel experiments (CTV, direct mail). Partner with agencies and internal teams to optimize donor lifetime value, manage media outreach and press materials, and support time-sensitive communications. Use Salesforce/Pardot marketing automation and SMS tools; occasional evenings and weekends required.

Manage and grow relationships with international distribution partners and suppliers. Oversee partner strategy, compliance, onboarding, contracts, performance tracking, and reporting (Salesforce). Coordinate trainings, logistics, M&E, and travel (~20%) to support successful distributions and partner capacity building.

Support Programs team with knowledge and project management for global distribution partners. Maintain Salesforce records, create reports and dashboards, manage partner communications, track orders and trainings, handle translations, invoices, and administrative tasks, and assist with events and process documentation.
