Manage and grow church partnerships by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships. Generate new partners, meet revenue goals, maintain pipeline and records, present at churches and events, and travel occasionally domestically and internationally. Collaborate with Major Gifts Officers and Director of Development to expand engagement and increase program revenue.

Lead direct response digital donor acquisition and PR efforts by planning and executing digital ad campaigns, A/B and multivariate testing, email automation, and new channel experiments (CTV, direct mail). Partner with agencies and internal teams to optimize donor lifetime value, manage media outreach and press materials, and support time-sensitive communications. Use Salesforce/Pardot marketing automation and SMS tools; occasional evenings and weekends required.

Manage end-to-end planning and execution of virtual and in-person events and marketing projects. Oversee budgets, vendor negotiations, logistics, schedules, on-site production, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Provide troubleshooting, post-event evaluation, and process improvements while supporting occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
