Provides administrative and operational support across procurement, inventory monitoring, logistics coordination, and supply chain documentation. Processes purchase requests and orders, sources quotations, tracks deliveries, coordinates warehouse activities, reconciles inventory counts, prepares reports, and maintains audit-ready records. The role works with procurement, warehouse, production, suppliers, logistics partners, and restaurant locations to ensure timely movement of materials and support process improvements.

Manage monthly close, account adjustments and accruals; perform bank, tax, AP/AR and account reconciliations; prepare store-level financial statements and working papers; assist external auditors.
