Leads a team responsible for enterprise identity platform operations, production support, monitoring, incident response, problem management, compliance, and continuous improvement. Ensures platform availability, performance, resiliency, and operational readiness while driving automation, observability, service governance, root cause analysis, reporting, and risk reduction. Partners with engineering, infrastructure, security, governance, and business stakeholders, and develops team members through coaching and performance management.

Build and operate data and cloud-native solutions supporting Identity and Access Management. Lead automation, CI/CD, observability, infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, integrations, and production support across AWS and on-premises environments. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across engineering teams while developing reusable solutions and improving operational efficiency.

Performs non-IT SOX control testing over financial reporting, including process walkthroughs, risk assessments, control design and operating effectiveness evaluations, documentation, and deficiency identification. Coordinates evidence requests, prepares detailed audit workpapers, communicates testing results to management and business stakeholders, tracks remediation, and supports SOX initiatives. Requires knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB standards, SOX, internal controls, audit methodology, and financial reporting.
