Leads menswear product development from design concept through global launch, managing range planning, commercialization, sourcing, pricing, quality, sustainability, and market alignment. Partners with design, buying, merchandising, marketing, supply, and sales teams to deliver seasonal collections. Manages product team workload and development while identifying growth opportunities through sales data, consumer insight, and global market analysis.

Welcome and assist customers, represent Fred Perry’s brand values, provide product guidance, support sales and returns, maintain organized shop-floor and stockroom areas, follow health and safety and loss-prevention procedures, communicate professionally, and contribute to a positive team environment. The role requires weekend or weekly availability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail setting.

Supports wholesale partners by accurately processing and maintaining orders, validating shipping information, coordinating stock allocation and deliveries, resolving customer and warehouse issues, preparing export documentation, managing returns and credit notes, and communicating order status. The role collaborates with business development, logistics, planning, production, warehouses, merchandising, and credit teams to ensure timely fulfilment and strong partner relationships.
