Provide front-desk administrative and customer-service support for a dance studio: welcome guests, handle calls/emails, schedule lessons and events, maintain student records, process payments, assist with promotions and studio operations, and support instructors and management.

Teach ballroom dance to students of all levels, using fitness coaching skills to instruct technique, posture, and safe movement. Motivate and build long-term client relationships, offer private lessons and lead events, and grow professionally through provided certification and ongoing training.

Support planning, launching, and optimizing paid media across Google and social channels; write and test ad copy and content; manage SEO-informed content and email lifecycle campaigns; analyze performance and report insights; assist studios with paid program adoption and contribute to playbooks and landing page/conversion tests to drive lower CPL and increased lead conversion.
