Early-career Growth Product Manager responsible for acquiring high-intent investors and optimizing the funnel from awareness to funded accounts. Work across channels (landing pages, referrals, paid, creators, communities, employer programs), run experiments, build acquisition assets, analyze funnel metrics (traffic, leads, CAC, AUM), and partner cross-functionally with growth, design, marketing, sales, compliance, and engineering.

Lead end-to-end acquisition experiments across channels (referral, paid, creators, communities). Identify channels, build landing pages and referral flows, analyze funnel metrics (CAC, conversion, funded accounts, AUM), and scale repeatable growth systems working cross-functionally with growth, product, marketing, design, sales, compliance and engineering.

Build and maintain frontend interfaces for a fintech product, collaborate across product/design/ops, own full-stack features end-to-end, design APIs and testing, and iterate on product to improve user financial tools.

Own and close a pipeline of inbound leads: run full sales cycle, host multiple daily product demos, perform portfolio analyses to demonstrate value, track metrics and improve processes, and collaborate with Customer Success and Operations to support upsell and retention.

Design, validate, and refine quantitative methodologies for direct indexing, portfolio construction, tax-loss harvesting, and tracking-error minimization. Build backtests, analyze large financial datasets (market, execution, tax lots), improve optimization formulations, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionize robust, risk-aware investment models.

Design, implement, and optimize production-grade quantitative algorithms for direct indexing and trading. Build and improve trading execution, portfolio optimization, performance reporting, and data pipelines for large financial datasets. Collaborate with researchers, backend engineers, product, design, and operations to deliver accurate, performant, and reliable systematic trading systems integrated into product experiences.

Build and operate backend services for a fintech platform: design fault-tolerant APIs, ensure data consistency and transactional integrity, develop distributed data processing and worker systems, improve deployment/monitoring, and collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver scalable, secure financial services.
