Drives strategic sales across state, local, and education accounts in the Western U.S. Identifies new opportunities, expands customer relationships, manages complex multi-year programs, exceeds sales quotas, maintains CRM pipelines, and coordinates with OEM partners, sales engineers, vendors, and inside support. Ensures procurement compliance, develops account strategies, conducts outbound and face-to-face sales activities, and pursues technical certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include developing new business, expanding customer relationships, managing complex multi-year opportunities, exceeding sales quotas, maintaining CRM pipelines, coordinating with OEM partners and sales engineers, complying with procurement regulations, and directing inside sales support. The role requires consultative selling, account strategy development, customer engagement, and technical sales certification completion.

Manages integrated marketing programs across portfolio companies, including campaigns, digital initiatives, content, communications, events, and webinars. Translates business goals into executable marketing plans, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, tracks budgets and timelines, and analyzes campaign performance. Develops reports and dashboards, maintains brand consistency, and recommends optimization opportunities across email, social media, website, paid media, and lead-generation initiatives.
