Drive strategic sales into target accounts, develop and close complex multi-year deals, maintain OEM and customer relationships, meet/exceed quotas and activity targets, maintain CRM pipeline and customer profiles, obtain required technical certifications, and travel as needed for client engagements.

Internal sales role responsible for growing new federal customer relationships in a defined territory. Drive outbound calls and campaigns, create quotes, process orders, manage CRM pipeline, resolve customer issues, learn vendor cybersecurity products and articulate solutions, and support vendor partnerships and sales objectives. Hybrid DC-based role with in-office days and customer meetings.

Implement and configure TrustCloud GRC solutions for public sector and commercial customers. Conduct discovery workshops, document requirements, build workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations. Manage implementations from initiation to deployment, deliver training, provide post-implementation support, and assist with technology research, sales enablement, and content development.
