Supervise a small in-store retail team, deliver excellent customer experiences, provide coaching and feedback, maintain visual merchandising standards, and drive sales and operational performance. The role requires motivating colleagues, supporting best practices, promoting brand values, and contributing to commercial goals while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Supports HR and payroll administration in Malaysia, including daily payroll management, employee inquiries, HR documentation, data entry, reporting, compliance tracking, and coordination with store teams. Maintains accurate personnel records and manages contracts, amendments, workplace accident files, and disciplinary documentation while meeting deadlines and supporting efficient HR processes.

Lead club membership growth and retention by managing sales performance, coaching staff, executing lead-generation and member-engagement initiatives, monitoring KPIs, building local partnerships, and supporting club operations and member experience.
