Leads the enterprise data strategy, builds and scales the Data & Analytics team, and oversees data warehouse modernization, migration, governance, KPI standardization, and data quality. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to convert data into actionable insights, operational improvements, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. The role requires hands-on Python, SQL, cloud, machine learning, and ETL expertise, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and social outreach; educate and qualify potential customers; build business cases; schedule discovery calls for Account Executives; manage assigned accounts; meet daily activity goals; and collaborate with sales teams to improve performance and share best practices.

Designs and customizes branded learning materials, presentations, participant guides, workbooks, job aids, PDFs, and internal toolkits for FranklinCovey and its clients. Applies client and company brand standards while maintaining visual consistency, strong typography, layout, and accessibility. Collaborates with instructional designers, consultants, project managers, facilitators, and stakeholders to translate learning objectives into polished, learner-friendly assets. Also helps maintain templates, style guides, and design standards.
