Manage major client accounts by onboarding customers, driving adoption, demonstrating subscription value, monitoring client health, and supporting renewals and expansion. Partner with sales, services, product, and technical support teams to resolve issues and design learning program implementations. Conduct business reviews, provide strategic guidance, deliver enablement, and identify opportunities to improve learner engagement and client outcomes.

Owns marketing operations for lead and contact strategy, scoring, lifecycle management, campaign and event operations, CRM data flow, and pipeline reporting. Manages Salesforce-related requests, integrations, data quality, and process changes while partnering across Marketing, Sales, Business Transformation, and Operations. Develops SOPs, rollout communications, and field training to improve adoption of lead strategies, workflows, and marketing technology.

Leads the enterprise data strategy, builds and scales the Data & Analytics team, and oversees data warehouse modernization, migration, governance, KPI standardization, and data quality. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to convert data into actionable insights, operational improvements, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. The role requires hands-on Python, SQL, cloud, machine learning, and ETL expertise, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
