Serve as the technical-business liaison for Franklin Equity, designing and building Power BI reporting, automating workflows with Python, supporting AI adoption, partnering with tech and vendors (FactSet/Bloomberg), and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve research, portfolio management, and operations.

Support Japan fund administration and oversight by analyzing accounting and operational data, investigating exceptions, coordinating with service providers and custodians, preparing operational reports, maintaining process documentation, supporting audits and business continuity, monitoring controls and risks, and identifying process improvements to ensure accurate reporting and scalable operations.

Responsible for day-to-day mutual fund expense management, TER monitoring, expense analysis, regulatory and internal reporting, reconciliations, controls, and exception management. Support automation and process improvement using Power BI, Alteryx, Excel/VBA, and AI tools while preparing MIS, dashboards, and supporting regulatory initiatives.
