Develop and manage residential and commercial water treatment sales through dealer and wholesale channels. Grow and maintain professional water quality dealer accounts, secure strategic customer opportunities, and create forecasts, budgets, sales strategies, and marketing programs. Train dealers on products and collaborate with marketing on collateral, packaging, catalogs, and online presence. The role requires 65%–80% overnight travel across the Central United States.

Assemble residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment equipment or kits using detailed instructions. Operate forklifts safely, work across scheduled assembly workstations, identify and report quality, process, equipment, or material issues, and follow company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards. The role requires dependable attendance and frequent physical activity, including continually lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.

Manages quality assurance for the Energy business segment by directing quality control programs, inspection and testing, corrective actions, nonconformance resolution, customer complaint investigations, and product reliability initiatives. Coordinates quality objectives with manufacturing and suppliers, reviews product analyses, conducts FMEA and PFMEA, and supports continuous improvement. Supervises quality personnel, including hiring, training, work assignment, performance management, and employee issue resolution in partnership with Human Resources.
