Provides end-to-end account and relationship support for customers, including order entry, inquiries, accounts receivable support, issue resolution, customer communication, and upsell identification. Builds customer relationships, gathers feedback, recommends improvements, coordinates with sales, marketing, and product teams, and manages customer-specific deliverables. Participates in customer visits, trade shows, and events. Requires three to five years of relevant customer service, customer experience, or customer success experience.

Supports technical assistance for consumers, customers, and sales representatives; provides pre- and post-sales guidance on equipment operation, application, sizing, and maintenance; completes technical documentation; and assists with training and technical catalog development. The role is intended for an engineering student beginning their professional career.

Receives, verifies, stores, and separates products according to customer orders. Provides support to transporters and customers and assists other branch departments. Requires completed elementary education and prior experience in similar activities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, forklift operation training, and experience with receiving, checking, and storing merchandise are preferred.
