Franklin Electric Benefits Overview

Supervises motor production line operations, shift changeovers, staffing schedules, training, quality control, process audits, safety, and shift documentation. Coordinates production startups and shutdowns, corrects process issues, rejects nonconforming products, and assists with production as needed. Requires a high school diploma, one to three years of related technical experience, and proficiency with ADP and JD Edwards.

Supports the finance team with VAT refund documentation, XML invoice reconciliations, income and transfer invoicing, supplier invoice cancellations, tax reviews, and responses to tax authority requirements involving SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and the State of Nuevo León. Assists with federal and state tax compliance processes and internal procedures.

Designs, develops, validates, and launches pumps and pumping systems. Responsibilities include concept and detailed engineering, prototype development, design verification and validation, manufacturing process and PPAP approvals, product-line maintenance, competitive benchmarking, and resolving manufacturing, quality, and purchasing issues. The role also defines critical-to-quality dimensions and collaborates with global multidisciplinary teams.
