Lead and scale paid acquisition for consumer app growth and merchant lead generation. Own strategy, manage agencies, run and optimize campaigns across major ad platforms, build experimentation roadmaps, manage attribution and reporting (AppsFlyer, GA4, GTM, Salesforce), and partner with Product, Sales, Data, and Creative teams.

Lead and develop an SMB sales team (field and inside AEs) to acquire restaurant partners. Act as a player-coach: drive quota attainment, coach reps, manage pipeline and forecasting, enforce CRM discipline, hire and ramp reps, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve go-to-market execution.
