Provide administrative support to the workers' compensation claims team including claim intake, updating payment/legal billing records, sending policy/renewal packets, responding to claim status inquiries, routing mail, sending files to defense counsel, compiling reports, and assisting adjusters with claim documents and contact information.

The Payroll Implementation Specialist is responsible for client onboarding, payroll setup, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations while educating clients on relevant laws.

Ensure payroll taxes are correctly withheld and paid: determine tax codes for onboarding, resolve SSN mismatches, prepare and file periodic tax returns, run reconciliations and W-2 cross-testing, register clients with state tax authorities, validate reports and SUI/SIT rate changes, file state amendments, and support payroll and client tax inquiries.
