Provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Principal, including calendar and travel management, correspondence, meeting and event coordination, Board of Trustees support, budgeting, research projects, records management, inquiry response, and communication with school and community stakeholders. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, discretion, attention to detail, technological proficiency, and flexibility to work overtime in a fast-paced school environment.

Mentor middle school FIRST LEGO League teams through teamwork, research, robot design, building, programming, testing, and competition driving. The role includes weekly after-school sessions, Saturday work sessions, competitions, and monthly mentor meetings. The mentor communicates with students, parents, faculty, staff, and adult mentors while guiding teams through the engineering process and supporting leadership development.
