Provide remote support to clients planning cruise vacations: research itineraries, ships, cabins and onboard experiences; prepare quotes and itineraries; communicate with clients; coordinate bookings with cruise lines and suppliers; maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
