Develop and execute technical and sales enablement programs for reseller and MSP partners. Deliver onboarding, training, workshops, webinars, certifications, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept evaluations. Create technical playbooks, pitch decks, discovery guides, battlecards, implementation guides, FAQs, and self-service content. Support partner integrations involving identity providers, SSO, email infrastructure, and APIs while collaborating with Channel, Sales Engineering, Enablement, and Marketing teams.

Provide pre-sales technical solution design for LATAM customers and resellers, including discovery, security demos, proof-of-concept evaluations, and technical buy-in. Lead post-sale implementation and onboarding, support identity and email integrations, create technical playbooks and demo environments, and train reseller partners. Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business value while identifying customer optimization opportunities and supporting logo acquisition.

Own the full enterprise and mid-market sales cycle in Mexico, from prospecting and qualification through closing. Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, demand generation, social media, trade shows, and channel partners. Lead technical and business discovery, develop security-related business cases, manage proof-of-concepts with Sales Engineering, and build co-selling relationships with partners. Success is measured by ARR, new logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and win rate.
