Manage and grow Frame’s reseller partner ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and supporting partners to drive ARR and partner-sourced revenue. Build joint GTM plans, track partner performance and pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product, and identify new partnership opportunities to expand market coverage.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements across LATAM: run discovery, design demos and PoCs, onboard customers post-sale, and enable reseller partners. Own technical implementations, optimize deployments, and translate technical capabilities into business value.

Manage a portfolio of UK & Ireland customers post-sale to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build success plans, lead business reviews, monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate customer needs to Product and Support. Track success metrics like NRR, churn, adoption, and CSAT.
