Designs and optimizes refurbishment workflows, repair cells, packaging processes, workstation layouts, and testing operations across electronics and electro-mechanical products. Leads Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, conducts time-and-motion studies, resolves bottlenecks, develops SOPs and visual work instructions, improves ergonomics and tooling, and analyzes FPY, MTTR, scrap, and labor-efficiency metrics. Collaborates with Supply Chain, HR, suppliers, and repair technicians to reduce cycle times, rework, and refurbishment costs.

Manage core People Operations at a warehouse facility, including full-cycle payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, compliance, and recordkeeping. Maintain HR systems, employee files, and payroll records while supporting labor-law compliance and improving local HR workflows. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and facility leadership in a fast-paced operational environment.
