Drive special projects and launch initiatives to scale Ode. Work spans strategy, execution, research, operations (e.g., acquisitions, CRM launches), and hands-on problem solving in a fast, hypergrowth applied-AI environment.

Manage end-to-end candidate experience and interview operations: schedule and coordinate complex interviews, run onsite logistics, build and document scalable recruiting systems, and apply AI and automation to streamline recruiting workflows and reduce manual coordination.

Own client relationships and lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products: translate ambiguous needs into PRDs, run execution rhythms, coordinate engineers and designers, drive adoption and change management, and help sales shape opportunities. Act as product, engagement, and program manager for multiple projects in a fast-paced, frontier-AI environment.
