Produce consolidated monthly management accounts for a multi-entity group, own month-end close and finance systems (Xero, NetSuite migration), manage intercompany and multi-currency reconciliations, support budget vs. actuals, cashflow forecasting and FP&A growth, help run day-to-day finance operations including AP and compliance, and identify automation opportunities to improve the finance function.

Own monthly group management accounts and consolidation across UK, Taiwan and US. Manage month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, multi-currency translation, fixed assets and lease accounting under FRS 102. Lead finance systems (Xero today, NetSuite migration), maintain chart of accounts, deliver automation, and support AP, R&D claims and statutory compliance. Build budget vs actuals, cashflow forecasts, management reporting and FP&A as the function scales, working closely with the Financial Controller and cross-functional stakeholders.

Design, implement, and own Bazel rules and tooling to scale a multi-language monorepo (Python, C++, Rust, SystemVerilog). Build reproducible build pipelines, optimise CI across clusters, define developer experience, and contribute upstream to Bazel rules.
