Leads product analytics strategy and measurement for an enterprise AI platform. Defines KPIs, evaluates launches and product impact, integrates behavioral and employee-experience data, shapes roadmap and investment decisions, and owns executive performance narratives. Builds and coaches an analytics team while directing responsible AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, data validation, experimentation, and automated insight generation.

Lead hands-on delivery of agentic conversational AI solutions for banking IVR systems using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex. Conduct experimentation, interaction-data analysis, model evaluation, intent and slot tuning, prompt development, and NLU performance optimization. Support LLM and GenAI capabilities, identify risks, and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders.

Owns growth across strategic CPG accounts by building executive relationships, expanding revenue, identifying new opportunities, and shaping AI, data, cloud, and engineering modernization programs. Responsibilities include account strategy, upselling, proposal support, client governance, QBRs, delivery coordination, pricing, renewals, and performance management. The role requires strong CPG expertise, enterprise account management experience, knowledge of analytics and AI solutions, and the ability to manage multi-million-dollar accounts.
