Design, build, and operate large-scale data platforms and production ETL/ELT pipelines. Senior backend (Python) engineer responsible for designing, building and maintaining RESTful backend services and APIs, integrating data science outputs, optimizing performance and multithreading, troubleshooting UAT/integration issues, leading teams, and documenting solutions for enterprise Data-to-Decision systems.

Analyze retail sales, customer, inventory, pricing, promotional, and channel data to identify growth opportunities and improve decision-making. Build dashboards and reporting tools, apply statistical methods and visualization, communicate insights to senior leadership, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and retail operations teams. Drive analytics automation and process improvements across omnichannel retail performance.
