Lead mechanical commissioning and integrated systems testing for Tier III/IV data center mechanical systems. Plan and execute FAT/SAT/FPT, validate redundancy and failure modes, review designs and control sequences, integrate BMS/EPMS, manage documentation, mentor teams, ensure compliance with Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, HSE and support client handover.

Lead integration of BMS, IoT devices and facility systems into cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Configure cloud ingestion pipelines, ensure data security and integrity, validate device protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA) and UDMI compliance, perform testing and troubleshooting, generate analytics and reports, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with IT, security, and facilities teams to deliver digital building solutions.

Perform on-site and remote audits of digital building systems (BMS, HVAC, lighting, EMS, IoT/OT), log devices and locations, produce technical reports and DBRS deliverables, interview local FM teams, escalate risks, and support project and client activities across EMEA with significant regional travel.
