Manages customer relationships and cross-functional program execution in a manufacturing environment. Coordinates RFQ responses, customer meetings, milestones, risks, escalations, and deliverables while aligning Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Finance. Supports business growth, resolves stakeholder issues, and prepares executive-level reports and presentations. Requires experience with contract manufacturing environments, customer-facing program management, quotations, and business operations.

Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains full-stack software supporting manufacturing and enterprise systems. Builds C#/.NET Core backend services, RESTful APIs, SQL Server databases, and React/Next.js interfaces. Troubleshoots distributed production systems, participates in code reviews, documents technical solutions, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical implementations.

Develop and maintain software and hardware testing resources for manufacturing production. Create test scripts and plans, troubleshoot production test issues, monitor failure trends, improve test yields, maintain test equipment, perform root-cause analysis, collaborate with customers and internal teams, lead testing improvement projects, and train technicians and testers.
