Coordinates global supply and production sites to align demand forecasts, capacity, pricing, and supply continuity. Manages daily customer communications and escalations, monitors on-time delivery, mitigates shortages, collaborates with operations and business project management teams, and prepares data-driven reports for executive reviews. Provides work leadership and coordination feedback across international manufacturing sites. The role is full-time, on-site, and requires travel to production facilities.

Manage material planning and end-to-end inventory for a global high-tech manufacturing supply chain. Responsibilities include Clear to Build execution, shortage resolution, inventory optimization, excess and obsolete inventory reduction, KPI management, customer and supplier relationships, process improvements, and leadership of critical supply chain initiatives across factories.

Analyzes cost data, budgets, forecasts, expenses, and financial records to identify savings opportunities and control costs. Prepares financial, variance, and cost reports; supports invoicing, billing, accounts receivable aging, vendor invoice processing, and inventory and fixed-asset counts. Collaborates with finance, operations, procurement, supply chain, and project management teams while recommending process improvements and corrective actions.
