Leads HR operations for a manufacturing business unit, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compensation, compliance, training, HR systems, and workforce planning. Advises managers and business leaders, supervises HR and administrative staff, manages workplace support services and vendors, and partners with corporate HR on strategic initiatives. The role requires balancing strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution in an onsite environment.

Manage daily supply chain activities and lead strategic site-level planning. Responsibilities include inventory minimization, risk mitigation, purchase order and ETA tracking, material expedites, excess and obsolete inventory updates, issue escalation, global logistics compliance, and duty-tax processes. The role also directs supply chain staff, supports career development, and requires expertise with SAP MM, MRP, purchasing data, VMI, and supply chain productivity initiatives.

Improve and support Configure to Order processes, implement engineering changes, maintain SOPs and rework instructions, support NPI and DFX analysis, help develop the SFC system, define process requirements, train Production and QA teams, maintain BOMs, and assist with customer requests, production-line tours, and audits.
