Leads B2B sales for group travel, meetings, and incentive programs. Builds executive client relationships, develops proposals, negotiates contracts, manages vendor sourcing and pricing, and achieves revenue targets. Oversees proposal and contracting processes, collaborates with program management and air operations, maintains Salesforce activity and pipeline records, and develops strategic sourcing practices. Frequent client travel, overnight stays, and travel of up to 35% are required.

Manages and develops the marketing team while leading strategic marketing, brand growth, public relations, community brand management, campaigns, content calendars, vendor partnerships, budgets, and omnichannel initiatives. Oversees marketing workflows, projects, promotions, advertising, and lead generation while coaching staff and collaborating across business lines. Requires strong leadership, communication, change management, marketing strategy, and brand management capabilities.

Lead and manage all accounting functions across multiple business lines, ensuring timely GAAP-compliant financial close, strong internal controls, revenue recognition for complex agreements, cash/treasury management, audit coordination, automation and system integration improvements, and development of a high-performing accounting team.
