Manage relationships with physicians, senior living facilities, corporate partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations to generate patient referrals. Provide clinical education, support networking events, trade shows, and health fairs, and build brand awareness across designated Kansas and Missouri territories. The role requires business-to-business sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The role requires business-to-business sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, independent motivation, reliable transportation, and preferably healthcare knowledge.

Supports customer growth through referral management, cold calling, prospecting, and identifying sales opportunities. Partners with account managers and field leaders to promote virtual care, manage referral lifecycles, improve admission conversions, and coordinate patient access. Maintains referral data, monitors KPIs, supports sales materials and training, and strengthens relationships with referral partners while optimizing virtual care workflows and patient experience.
