Drive assortment, pricing, margins, and cross-functional alignment; analyze markets, present to stakeholders and customers, manage PLM/PIM readiness, and support innovation and IP strategy to meet seasonal and annual sales goals.

Lead technical product specifications and cross-functional delivery for hardware, firmware, mobile, and connected golf products. Translate customer insights into technical requirements, prioritize features, work with engineering and overseas partners, develop documentation and acceptance criteria, support QA and releases, and analyze product usage to drive enhancements.

Coordinate and maintain installation schedules, communicate with customers and installers throughout the install lifecycle, manage Monday.com tracking, approve contractor bids/invoices, research travel costs for bids, and ensure timely, accurate completion of installs.
