Leads enterprise FP&A reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and M&A analytics. Manages reporting workflows, improves automation and planning tools, prepares executive and Board materials, and leads a team of FP&A analysts. Partners with finance and operational leaders to ensure data integrity and translate financial performance into actionable insights.

Coordinates QA testing activities and throughput for production, RMA, and marketing devices. Performs visual, cosmetic, functional, software, and golf-club hit testing; follows test scripts, completes documentation, conducts research experiments, presents results, and communicates failures and root-cause findings to production and engineering teams.

Provides administrative and sales support to Key Account Managers in the action sports industry. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external communications, tracking sales orders, maintaining customer records, preparing presentations, organizing sales meetings and retailer events, handling account inquiries, and following up on action items. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
