Owns end-to-end supply planning for an assigned brand, including demand-aligned supply plans, inventory targets, replenishment, vendor constraints, allocations, and delivery performance. Partners cross-functionally across demand planning, finance, sourcing, merchandising, operations, and logistics. Leads S&OP activities, lifecycle management, reporting, risk resolution, and new product transitions while coaching supply planners and standardizing planning processes.

Forecast demand for an assigned product category using historical trends, regional input, and cross-functional intelligence. Maintain seasonal and rolling forecasts, manage sample and production buys, analyze inventory and SKU trends, and recommend inventory transfers. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Production Planning, Product Development, FP&A, and global regions to support accurate purchasing and inventory decisions.

Leads enterprise FP&A reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and M&A analytics. Manages reporting workflows, improves automation and planning tools, prepares executive and Board materials, and leads a team of FP&A analysts. Partners with finance and operational leaders to ensure data integrity and translate financial performance into actionable insights.
