Provide phone and email-based customer service and inside sales: qualify inbound leads, source new opportunities, place orders, set up accounts, recommend products, resolve queries, and maintain ongoing customer relationships while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Plans, develops, and improves manufacturing processes and layouts to maximize efficiency and quality. Collaborates with design, vendors, and management to specify tooling and equipment, estimate production costs and staffing, apply statistical methods, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manages multiple projects, prepares reports, and supports maintenance and testing to maintain production capabilities.

Support manufacturing operations by applying industrial engineering methods: time studies, tooling design, Lean Six Sigma improvements, capacity planning, data analysis, and integration of MRP/MES/SCADA dashboards. Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to monitor production metrics, reduce bottlenecks, and validate process improvements.
