Regional Sales Manager responsible for growing Fox Factory’s specialty vehicle business across an assigned territory. The role develops dealership relationships, expands accounts, drives revenue, forecasts sales, manages pipelines, conducts product demonstrations and training, and supports dealer performance. Candidates should have automotive or dealership sales experience, strong B2B relationship-building skills, CRM proficiency, and a passion for performance vehicles. This home-based role requires extensive regional travel and regular overnight dealership visits.

Administers and improves Fox’s Workday HCM system across HR functional areas, including configuration, security, integrations, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and business-process enhancements. Partners with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to translate requirements into system solutions, support Workday releases and tenant management, resolve access and integration issues, and maintain documentation. The role also serves as a Workday subject matter resource and supports multiple concurrent projects.

Services existing customers, develops new accounts, follows up on inbound leads, conducts outbound sales calls and emails, qualifies opportunities, recommends suitable products, processes accurate customer orders, and resolves product questions. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent; one or more years of inside sales experience is preferred.
