Teams at Fox Factory

Loads parts onto anodizing racks, ensuring secure contact and proper placement for uniform coating. Moves materials between production areas, counts and labels parts, unloads and inspects finished components, and sorts items for scrap or rework. Maintains quality, safety, housekeeping, and 6S standards while working in a manufacturing environment. The role requires prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, computer data entry, PPE use, and flexibility for varying shifts.

Oversees daily production planning reports, work orders, short-term production schedules, capacity planning, material requirements, and on-time delivery. Coordinates with manufacturing, purchasing, and sales teams regarding material status, schedule changes, and production issues. Maintains work-order data, expedites parts, implements schedule deviations and engineering change notices, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversees daily production planning reports, work order tracking, material availability, schedule execution, capacity planning, and production issue resolution. Coordinates with manufacturing, purchasing, and sales teams to maintain delivery schedules, expedite parts, manage material requirements, and implement schedule deviations and engineering change notices. Requires strong analytical, Excel, reporting, continuous improvement, and manufacturing planning skills.
