Handles daily billing and repair-order processing in Dealertrack, including obtaining and entering purchase orders, closing orders to the correct accounts and accounting periods, and maintaining records. Forwards schedules, tracking logs, and bills to the Norman office; files documents and correspondence; performs copying and clerical support; and maintains a professional work area. The role requires occasional physical activity and a valid driver’s license for dealership-related errands.

Sell Jeep vehicles and associated lifestyle experiences by prospecting clients, presenting and demonstrating inventory, executing sales strategies, preparing monthly plans, and meeting dealership customer service, gross profit, and unit targets. Maintain product, market, and certification knowledge; use CRM software; and guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery.
