Provide cross-functional systems engineering support for advanced thermal energy storage technology. Own system requirements and traceability, define subsystem interfaces, identify applicable codes and standards, lead FMEA, HAZOP, fault-tree, and risk mitigation activities, and support design reviews and test planning. The role also includes electrical systems analysis, hands-on shop-floor hardware inspection, lab troubleshooting, and collaboration across mechanical, electrical, chemical, and controls disciplines.
