Leads internal and external public relations, media relations, corporate communications, community and government relations, social media messaging, and crisis communications. Develops press releases, talking points, executive communications, media materials, and organizational content. Manages PR calendars, media relationships, external partners, events, and reputation-building initiatives while supporting employee communications and broader communications projects.

Leads and expands a regional team of Mortgage Loan Officers, driving recruiting, onboarding, production growth, sales execution, market expansion, business development, and team performance. Builds partner relationships, organizes educational and community events, collaborates on outreach initiatives, and ensures compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, mortgage regulations, and industry guidelines. Requires strong mortgage origination expertise, leadership experience, recruiting ability, and an NMLS license.

Handles inbound first- and second-mortgage inquiries through digital and branch channels. Reviews member needs and documentation, explains mortgage programs, manages purchase and refinance loan pipelines, coordinates with fulfillment and settlement vendors, identifies cross-sell opportunities, tracks KPIs, and ensures compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, and CFPB requirements.
