Leads Fourier’s commercial growth, go-to-market strategy, customer pipeline, negotiations, pricing, early device deployments, and capital-support activities. Acts as the primary closer for initial deployments before building and scaling a high-performing business development team. Establishes commercial goals, develops team leaders, manages performance, supports customer engagements, and represents the company at industry events. The role requires extensive customer travel and experience selling industrial products or services.

Designs and develops high-power AC-DC and DC-DC converters for hydrogen electrolyzer systems. Responsibilities include power architecture, circuit design, protection, control, thermal and loss analysis, PCB layout, simulation, safety compliance, lab setup, hardware bring-up, testing, system integration, procurement, and documentation. The role requires hands-on validation of systems exceeding 100 kW and collaboration on certification and safety audits.

Design and validate high-power AC-DC and DC-DC converters for modular hydrogen electrolyzers. Responsibilities include power architecture, converter topology selection, PCB and protection design, simulations, thermal and power-loss analysis, safety compliance, single-line diagrams, lab setup, hardware bring-up, verification, procurement, and system integration. The role requires hands-on power electronics development, rigorous documentation, safe laboratory practices, and collaboration across engineering teams.
