Leads Fourier’s commercial growth and go-to-market strategy for on-site hydrogen systems. Owns pipeline development, customer negotiations, pilot and offtake agreements, pricing, commercial roadmap, and early deployments. Builds and scales the business development organization, establishes performance goals and compensation, supports fundraising, and represents the company at industry events. This hands-on player-coach role requires selling industrial products and services, negotiating contracts, and developing customer relationships across energy-intensive markets.

Design and develop high-power electrical systems and AC-DC/DC-DC converters for modular hydrogen electrolyzers. Responsibilities include converter architecture, power electronics design, protection circuits, PCB layout, simulation, thermal and power-loss analysis, electrical safety compliance, single-line diagrams, lab setup, hardware bring-up, testing, verification, procurement, and system integration. The role requires hands-on validation, rigorous documentation, and independent engineering judgment.

Design and develop high-power AC-DC and DC-DC converters for modular hydrogen electrolyzers. Responsibilities include power-system architecture, topology selection, PCB and protection-circuit design, simulation, thermal and loss analysis, electrical documentation, safety compliance, lab setup, hardware bring-up, testing, verification, procurement, and system integration. The role requires hands-on power electronics expertise, rigorous documentation, safe laboratory practices, and collaboration across engineering and certification activities.
